Store policy on all terms of return or refund or both. We offer an easy return service to ensure the best possible online experience. You can return the items to us with one of the following return options. Notification of exchange item for different colour or replacement for wrong or the defective item sent within a stipulated time frame of 3 days from date of receipt of the Product. Items you wish to return must be mailed back to Fresco Bike within 14 days of receiving your parcel for local orders, and within 30 days for international orders. All returns must fulfil our Returns Terms & Conditions below. 

All items must be received by us in order for a customer to be eligible for a replacement. We are not responsible for returned parcels until they arrive at our Fresco Bike showroom. Please retain the postage receipt and tracking number as proof of return. All exchange requests will be processed within 3 working days upon receipt of the returned Products depending on stock availability, we reserved the right to replace with another model & colour with an equivalent value to the returned Product. Exchanges are only available for the same model and or colour of the same style. Exchanges for a different product is strictly not allowed. The Product shall be in original conditions, un-worn, un-altered. The product shall not be tampered with and the Product shall be in the original brand packaging. 

In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right not to accept returns and send the Product back to you. Additional freight charges will be a charge to you. Once your return has been approved, you will receive an email notification. Please allow up to 14 working days for the return to be received on your end.
