Every electric wheelchair or mobility device you purchase from us is covered under a new 2 Year and  1-Year Limited Warranty, designed to support you long after the sale.

Warranty Coverage

Our 2 and 1-Year Warranty applies to all Fresco Bike electric wheelchair and other models, which includes protection for the following parts:

  • 🌀 Motor
    Covered for manufacturing defects or performance failure under normal use.

  • 🔋 Battery
    Includes for failure to charge, loss of capacity, or internal malfunction (non-accidental).

  • 🔌 Charger
    Covers issues like faulty charging, overheating, or broken cables.

  • 🎮 Controller / Joystick
    Covering operational failure, connectivity issues, or internal damage (excluding impact/water damage).

  • 🦽 Frame & Motor
    Extended 2-year warranty — covers structural integrity, welding defects, or frame breakage not caused by misuse.

If any of these components fail under normal usage during the warranty period, we’ll repair or replace the parts at no cost
