1. Terms of Sale when you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. An Order is only considered accepted by us upon your Order being shipped to the delivery address provided by you. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time that might be due to exceptional circumstances and if you have already made payment for your Order, a full refund will be made to you. If you discover that you have made a mistake with your Order after you have submitted it to the Site, please drop us an email ‘sam@fresco-cocoa.com’. We will try our best to process your request.

2. Pricing Terms Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. We are under no obligation to fulfil your Order if the price listed on the website is incorrect. Delivery costs will be charged in addition and it is clearly displayed in the ‘Total Cost’. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change information at any time without prior notice.

3. Payment Terms Payments are conducted through a third-party payment gateway ‘Fresco Cocoa Supply PLT’ which is a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your details in a secure host environment. We will not be responsible for any technical errors that may arise during the payment process, however, we will endeavor to the best of our ability to work with you and our third-party payment gateway to reach a fair resolution.

All transactions are processed via payment gateway and all orders will be paid in Malaysia Ringgit. Shopping with us is fuss-free as we offer a variety of payment methods. We accept the following payment methods. Visa/MasterCard, Credit/Debit Cards. Online Banking Payments shall not be deemed to be made until the full amount of funds have cleared. Once payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email from Fresco Bike.

4. Delivery Terms we aim to deliver the Product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your Order. Kindly take note that we will process and send out all orders within 3-7 days after payment is received. Estimated delivery time provided are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date the order is sent out. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We shall notify you if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
