Fresco Bike & Paralympic Council Malaysia Partnership to Empower Para Athletes

Fresco Bike has reached an important milestone in our mission to support greater mobility, independence, and opportunity for all Malaysians. On 12 November 2025, Fresco Bike officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Paralympic Council Malaysia (PCM), marking the beginning of a meaningful partnership dedicated to empowering para athletes across the nation. Through this collaboration, Fresco Bike will sponsor an electric wheelchair for a nominated athlete while also contributing to PCM’s ongoing initiatives in developing Para-Sports. This partnership reflects our continuous commitment to social responsibility, accessibility, and helping athletes perform at their best—both in training and in competition.

Paralympic Council Malaysia (PCM)

PCM is the national governing body responsible for the development, management, and promotion of Para-Sports in Malaysia.
Established under the Sports Development Act, PCM oversees programmes that support athletes with disabilities at both grassroots and elite levels.
PCM represents Malaysia in international Paralympic events, working closely with the International Paralympic Committee (IPC) and other global sporting bodies.
Their mission is to create equal sporting opportunities for individuals with disabilities, ensuring they have access to training, competitions, and athlete development pathways.
PCM also collaborates with government agencies, NGOs, and private partners to support equipment needs, athlete welfare, and sports development initiatives nationwide.
