Very nice staff. Attentive and helpful. I just wished they had more flexibility on rentals for shorter periods. In my case, I was visiting for 2 nights and had to pay for a full week wheelchair rental. The equipment was good and reliable. I had not problems with that. We did have challenges with getting the deposit back given they were not able to return it in my international account. They did not trust another receivable method from my other internal account and ended up paying it by cash in local currency. However, they offered to return it USD but it would have taken 20-30 mins longer to go the closest bank and get it. Since I was on a schedule I couldn’t wait that long. I recognize the effort for trying to make it the best experience and that is a positive. If you want to consider renting with them you have to keep these scenarios in mind. Overall, it was a positive experience.
