Please fill out all required sections of this warranty form clearly to ensure your product is fully covered. Remember to keep a copy of the warranty registration and your purchase receipt for warranty claims.

This product is covered by a One (1) Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase. If the product is found to be defective in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, Fresco Bike will, at its discretion, repair the product at no cost to the customer. Warranty service will be provided exclusively through authorized Fresco Bike store.

**Note that any changes or removal of the product serial number and receipt will void the warranty.
